Q: What is Mello?

Mello is a personal-use melatonin diffuser that delivers the sleep aid each time you inhale - with you in control, with each breath you take (literally!).

Mello does NOT contain any of the following:

  • Nicotine
  • Tobacco

  • Diacetyl

Q: How do I use Mello?

A: Inhaling through the mouthpiece will automatically activate the diffuser and turn the liquid melatonin inside into a fine mist which you inhale, then exhale after a brief moment. Inhaling melatonin ensures a quicker absorption time into the body as compared to ingestion/eating it, thereby achieving the same effect sooner.

Q: Why should I inhale melatonin instead of eating it?

The most common forms of melatonin are taken orally (eaten). The main issue with this method is that it will take some time for the melatonin to kick in - and depending on how much food and/or drink you had before, the effects may vary greatly. With Mello, as the melatonin is inhaled rather than ingested, the effects are much more consistent and predictable each and every time. Best of all - you won't have to wait as long!

Q: How many times should I inhale before bedtime?

The melatonin capacity in each Mello diffuser allows for approximately 300 inhales. We recommend inhaling 7-10 times before bedtime. Note that each Mello diffuser's useful life may vary depending on factors such as length of each inhale.

Q: How will I know when the device is out of melatonin and/or is finished?

  • When the light at the end of the device no longer lights up, or begins to flash on and off.
  • When there is no more vapor being produced when you inhale.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment team packs your orders and always ships them out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click Order Status page to obtain a real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates on our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will take 3 to 7 business days on average. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy their shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We utilize secure sockets layer ("SSL") security to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted and secured. We do not store your credit card information - it will only be used once upon purchasing your product. Afterwards, your credit card information will be purged.
